It'll be difficult to estimate the NTSE Uttarakhand cut off this year due to the change in the exam pattern. Last year, it was 127 out of 150 for general category students. This year the total marks have been increased to 200 from 150 and also an additional 27% reservation has been made for OBC category students. SCERT, Uttarakhand will publish the cut off marks of Uttarakhand NTSE 2019. The least qualifying marks for NTSE Uttarakhand exam 2019 serves as NTSE Uttarakhand 2019 Cutoff. 

However you can refer to previous years cutoff to get rough estimate
