The computer-based exam consists of 2 papers- paper 1 and paper 2 of 3 hours duration each. Both the papers are compulsory. There is no fixed pattern of the exam. The number of questions in JEE advanced is not fixed. They vary every year. So, maximum marks cannot be defined. From the previous years analysis, here we have inferred the marking scheme of JEE advanced pattern 2019. Candidates can check the expected marking scheme from the table below:

Paper 2 also consists of 10 sets of questions and the marking scheme is same as above
