even if you qualify in ts eamcet and get college your fee depends on according to colleges and generally if your not qualified but need admission in any college then you need to buy your seat in college and generally it depends on the branch you pick , so for cse or it or ece it ranges from 4L-20L  and for mech or civil  then 3k-10k it depends as per college , so i request to mention your interested group and college to help you in better way
