Hello Aniket. The merit list is based on 85% state quota seats and the rest 15% are reserved for All India Quota seats which are filled on the basis of NEET score. The minimum percentile required for qualifying is 40 percentile for SC ST and OBC. The lowest rank for NEET 2018 for SC caste was 40.35 NEET percentile with 96 score in NEET examination and All India Rank of 757316. The merit list of 2019 will be based on the number of students appearing for examination as well as the number of students scoring highest marks.
