Actually neither I nor anyone else  knows future so nothing can be said with surety regarding difficulty level of Neet question paper but yes you don't need to worry as  question paper will be more or less similar to previous years so the difficulty level is expected to be moderate

Also

whether you will find question paper easy or difficult depends upon your level of preparation so if you prepare well then you will definitely find the question paper easy or else difficult.

So , I suggest you to prepare well for your Neet 2021 examination and you can use the below tips for the same

• Go well through NCERT and master it
• Make routine or timetable :- your routine should revolve around things i.e study, revise and practice
• After finishing each chapter you should practice questions, you should practise at least 80 to 100 numericals / mcqs in Each chapter
• Solve previous year NEET questions
• Once done with complete syllabus, go through NEET mock test papers
