'Month of appearing' in the JIPMER form for 12th appearing students means the month when you are appearing for your 12th board exams. That is suppose you are from CBSE board and appearing for 12th board exams this year then the month of appearing will be March and the year appearing will be 2019. Likewise if you are from your respective state board then you need to write the month when your state board exams were/are conducted.
