With your CMAT scores your percentile may range between 40-45. You may not a good college with this percentile but there are still some decent colleges who do the profile based shortlisting while selecting students for their PGDM/MBA programs. Following is a list of colleges with their course fee you can apply for
  • MET Mumbai (8 lakhs)
  • ISBM Pune (5.15 lakhs)
  • NL Dalmia Mumbai (9.3 lakhs)
  • SCMS Cochin (6.3 lakhs)
  • SDMIMD Mysore (10.9 lakhs)
  • SIES Mumbai (7.9 lakhs)
  • NDIM New Delhi (9.3 lakhs)
  • JIMS Rohini (7.7 lakhs)

You'll just have to apply for these colleges through their portals and they'll call you for the subsequent selection rounds. Your ultimate selection would be based on your performance in the GD/PI rounds.

Good Luck
