The rejection chances are based on the documents you are carrying for verification. If you are following the proper format (caste,category etc.) document types for particular counselling as mentioned in their official website (of any college or institutes) with all the other documents (marksheet, tranfer certificate etc.) required then there is no chance at all for rejection. So don't you worry if you got right form and required documents with you.
