Hey aspirant,

Hope you are doing well these days, I wouldn't be able to suggest you with which branch you should go for.As,this is a really important decision amongst the students.You should only go with that branch in which you feel you are more comfortable and interested.It's but obvious that you wouldn't want to waste your 4 years of life in studying something in which you are not at all interested.

CSE Or IT is all about programming and coding whereas ECE is all about physics, electronics etc.

both of these branches are different and I'll suggest you to go for that branch in which you are comfortable then only you'll do your best in your career.

now, if we talk about colleges then this choice is also dependent on one's priorities. Like some student want to study as well as enjoy their college life whereas some are just not interested in fests, cultural activities etc.
