Firstly, it depends on whether the bleeding is internal (and coming out with cough etc) or external (cut etc). If it is external and not deep then I will advise you to get it cleaned and patched from a doctor to avoid chances of infection, if it is deep then it is advisable that you visit a hospital. If the bleeding is internal then too it is adviable that you go to a hospital as it might be due to an infection (bacterial or viral).
