Dear Student,

During the counselling if you can't able to upload any certificate then you will go the the default option, i.e. if you will not able to upload the the caste certificate and still you have chosen the OBC certificate then by default you will counted as a General candidate in all the round of counselling and all the duration of your 3/4/5 year of college.
