while you are experienced that your phone is restarting multiple times or its taking too long to start any app or program, there  can be software related issue or hardware problem. some times after updating of apps this problem can be solved. but if it is related with hardware you have to consult with technician to get error fixed. it would be best to go for authorized service center.
