As per the information present on official site of Haryana for NEET UG COUNSELLING 2019, Maharaja Agrasen Medical College, Agroha, Hisar (MBBS) is a government aided college and I believe they don't offer that management seats at all and there is only one fee mentioned which is 1,80,000 per annum.

And as per your marks, it would be very difficult to get a seat as only 100 seats and according to previous year data, student with merit number 876 was the last one on the list for the same college.
