I would prefer BTech(4yrs) to BCA+MCA(3+3=6yrs). At the end the job prospectus for BTech are atleast (if not more) same as that of MCA. ... B.Tech would be a better option as it has almost same value as MCA and duration is four years.. only benifit of MCA is that it is a masters degree.
