It is extremely difficult to predict the state rank based on the All India Rank as the state rank depends on-

• Number of seats available
• Number of students appeared in the exam
• Performance of the students from that state

The number os students in each state appearing for NEET and their performance is extremely difficult to predict. You will get your state rank by the counseling authority of the state.
