percentile score is calculates after normalization of students score in different exam session. Students who has appeared both the session  , the best score will be considered.

Due to normalization , it is not possible to say what score in the section will give your 94.6 percentile.

Try to score above 80 % of total marks to get a good percentile and rank. Practice well and solve numericals which will bring confidence in you to solve numericals in exam.

It is actually difficult to predict the marks with the given percentile.Because percentile is the percentage of candidates who have scored equal or below marks than you in the examination.So it differs each time.But your marks will be around 98-107 based on previous years JEE main marks vs percentile.
