You must have completed their 10+2 Board examination with a minimum of  55 percent marks 

If you are belonging to the OBC/SC/ST categories must have a minimum of 50 percent in qualifying exam.

You must be below the age of 25 years as of August 1, 2019.

 any stream can apply provided they have Mathematics or Statistics as a mandatory subject in Class 12 examination.
