hi ajay, it all depends on what category you belong to and what reservation you have, whether you have state quota or not , but i would suggest that aimm for 150 plus, its high , i know but absolutely doable , so aim for it.All India Institute of Medical sciences will be conducting their exam on MAY 27TH 2018 and online registration starts from february 2018. it is a single gate way for admission across all AIIMS in country. the pattern will be as follows

PHYSICS-60 QUESTIONS

CHEMISTRY-60 QUESTIONS

BIOLOGY -60 QUESTIONS

GENERAL KNOWLEDGE AND CURRENT AFFAIRS-20 QUESTIONS

Please do note that there would be negative marks and also make sure that you prepare well for Assertion and reasoning type of questions. hope this helps. good luck

There is nothing out for 2018 cut off but as per previous year information to get admission in AIIMS Delhi, you will have to get 160+ tentatively. Also, to get a rough idea about the cut off campus and category wise you can go through the below link-

Good Luck!!!
