For the preparation of COMEDK the only book which you must master is NCERT textbook itself.
You will see questions directly from NCERT line by line.go through NCERT textbook thoroughly specially for chemistry.if you have completed your NCERT textbook then you can go for sl Arora .etc if you have finished NCERT.however NCERT is enough for comedk.

First go through NCERT because every single line of this book is important for various competitive exams. Other book includes Organic Chemistry by Balajee, Physics by H C Verma, Physics Numerical by I.E Irdova , Inorganic chemistry of cengage, previous year of comdek by arihant etc.
