The main difference is BCA is 3 year under graduate programme which deals with operating systems,scripting and programming,networking etc.,

but b.tech takes 4 years to complete but it involve maths and it also having same sort of computer applications and programming related subjects but in a advance level.it will orient us to the engineering and technology field.
