I hope you are doing well. See , JEE MAINS and boards are completely different from each others. Jee mains is a national level of entrance exam whereas boards are school level.

1. In boards , you have to study only for class 12th syllabus whereas for jee mains you have to be study both the syllabus of class 11 and class 12.
2. For boards preparation you just have to read your ncert books and school notes but for jee mains you will have to go in depth for the preparation.
3. The preparation for boards is easy as comparative to jee mains as in jee mains you have to understand the concepts deeply .
4. For jee mains you needed a lot of time for the preparation while for boards it is not necessary to study daily you can easily score good marks in just one month preparation.
5. During the examination time of both , the questions of boards are repeated alot but in jee mains , questions are concept based so there are alot of variations in questions. It is hard to repeat the question in jee mains.
