Hey Nikhil, There are number of colleges offering MBA and not all offer good packages but talking of top B-Schools of india, they surely offer very good packages. For an example if we talk of IIM Ahemdabad the highest package offered was 72 lakhs and the average being 24.45 lakhs, secondly IIM Bangalore the highest package offered was nearly 70 lakhs and the average being 24 lakhs. Well the highest package doesnt mean that everybody has got the same but the average package of 24 lakhs is not any less in my concern. All the best.

One cannot predict the package, but i can assure you that if you do your MBA from a good college then you get definitely a good package. 

I have seen people earning package more than 20- 30 lakhs in this field. 

But, have also seen people doing different jobs after doing MBA, which is not even giving them a handsome amount of money. 

So MBA is good if your college is good.

Placement packages depends on the skills of candidate. If a candidate have good practical knowledge and have done case studies, have work experience in particular field, then candidate can grab a good package of upto 1 lakh of income month wise and more.
