The DGHS will release the merit list and the respective authority will conduct the counselling once the cut offs have been released. AFMC will release the cut offs and eligible candidates need to register online for the counselling process. In 2019, the cut off for boys was 596 and for girls was 610. Now cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exams, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. And once the merit list has been prepared, there are TOELR, Psychometric assessment and Final interview. The final score is calculated based on the performance in all these rounds. Shortlisted Candidates will have to undergo a Medical Fitness Test. And those Candidates who fulfil the requirements will be given admission.
