Hey Amlan. The Starting salary Packages for Automation Engineers in India vary according to the company you get into. It depends on whether you are being hired by a small Pvt. Ltd. company or an MNC. If we talk about the starting salary it can be as low as Rs. 10000/- P.M. The salary band for a fresher could be anywhere between Rs. 15000/- to Rs. 35000/- P.M. Hope this helps. All the best.
