There is no age limit as such . Here are the eligibilty criteria to write the exam . Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Dental Surgery or a provisional passing certificate in BDS from any Indian dental university/college recognized by the Government of India as per the Dentist Act 1948 or else they must possess an equivalent qualification recognized by Dental Council of India (DCI). All candidates should have completed or been in the process of completion the one-year rotary internship or practical training .
There is no attempt limit for taking the NEET MDS exam

You can take NEET MDS exam maximum 3 times.
must possess a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree, which must be awarded by the university or institute in India under MDS course regulations 2017 issued by Dental Council of India (DCI) with the approval of Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW).
For age the candidate must not be younger than 20 years.
