Dear Shabnam, 

Assuming that you are talking about Aurangabad of Maharashtra, then as per the notice of DMER (Directorate of Medical Education and Research), the result of second round of allotment will be released once the seats which have remained vacant after the second round of AIQ counselling, are transferred to the state of Maharashtra by MCC.
