The dept was established in Sept 2006, and offers a two year full time post graduate degree course Master of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication

To be eligible to pursue an undergraduate Journalism course, one must have completed 10+2 from a recognized board with an aggregate of 50 percent or more. Various Journalism courses after 12th include BA in Journalism, BA in Journalism and Mass Communication, and BA in Mass Media The KTHM College. Nasik provides admissions for programs in the areas of Arts, Commerce, Science, Business Administration, Humanities, and Computer Science. Admission to all programmes is solely based on merit. Students must complete the KTHM College admission form and submit the necessary payments before the deadline.
