Dear Partha, AIIMS MBBS 2019 registration has already begun on November 30th. Now AIIMS has introduced a 2 step registration process. The basic registration will end by January 3rd, 2019. Once the status of your Basic registration as in whether your application is approved or not is announced, the final registration process will begin from the 7th of January.
