The directorate general of health services on behalf of the medical counselling committee will release the afmc mbbs 2019 application form most likely in the second week of June 2019.

The application form of acmc will only be issued through online mode and not through any official medium. 

The admission to afmc mbbs 2019 will be taken on the basis of neet ug score. Therefore it is required for all the candidates to qualify  the exam.
