There are many colleges and universities where you can take admission for BA and almost all the state universities provide B.A. degree in various subjects.
For Delhi, here you can enroll at DU or GGSIPU.
The registration forms of DU are not released yet but They would be released soon near the 3rd week of may. So you are advised to check the official website of DU for regular updates.
