According to the current information that is available and released which is released by UGC is that the new sessions for the students of first year will begin from September of this year. But it can be modified as you must be aware of the current pandemic situation. And also as you have asked for the fees of 1st year arts sorry a student I would like to tell you there are several courses provided by different universities and there are so many states. we would be needing precise information that in which particular course you will be taking admission and in which college. only then we will be able to give you a fair idea of the fee structure of that course because of the variety is available. Including every college have their own fee structure of the particular course .

There are many Art colleges in India. The colleges are shut due to covid-19 and is expected to resume their classes soon. The fees structure varies from college to college and also course vise.
