Dear Mopuri, according to the official website, c andidates who have not acquired/will not acquire the educational qualification will not be eligible and need not apply. So if you haven't yet completed your Diploma, unfortunately you are not eligible to apply. The Department is looking for candidates who have completed their Diploma.

You should complete your degree as on January 1 ,2019.

Minimum qualification is diploma or degree in civil , electrical and Mechanical Engineering .
