The degree colleges usually start their new academic year for all the UG and PG courses by the mid July or August starting, i.e. after the declaration of 10+2 and graduation results.

But this year, the situations are different due to the COVID-19 outbreak. Many colleges and universities haven't opened the registration window yet. This means the session will be delayed this time.
