I am unclear. What has GATE to do with PAI jobs? GATE is just an entrance exam for M.Tech admissions and for PSU recruitment only in those PSUs that have advertised accordingly. Could you clarify about PAI jobs?

Oh. If you are applying for PSU jobs through gate then yes. Some of them have already opened their application process and some will after the gate result. Not all PSUs recruit through gate. So those you should apply when the ad comes.
