Dear aspirant!

Hope you are doing great ! For your kind information there is no any physical test in NDA like race, push-ups,pull ups etc .If you qualify written exam then there will be ssb interview of 5 days in which they will test your personality.Then after ssb there will be a medical test and after all that you get recommend.
