When does vacant seat generated after 1st round of counselling of PCM group bcece 2018

Vacant seats from 1st round are available for succeding round sin BCECe.

Sfudnets can choose to withdraw or Upgrade alloted seats from 1st rohnd jn BCECe.

However studnets cannot edit option entry after 1st round counselling.
