Depends on which college you are talking about. Some IITs have started , BITS Pilani will start from 1Aug . But I think you should read academic brochure of the college you are getting into to get exact date.

Some of the colleges has already been started like vit,srm,iter,kiit....while most of the colleges would start from the month of August........hope you got the answer and all the best for your future!..
