St. Xavier’s Ranchi offers Master’s degree in Arts with six different subjects namely English, Hindi, Economics, Political Science, Geography and History along with Master’s degree in Commerce and Journalism and Mass Communication. All these courses are for a duration of two years and candidates applying for these courses must have attained Bachelor’s degree in the concerned field. The application process for these courses start in the month of June. Admission to the M.Com course is based entirely on merit of the candidates. There are no entrance exams for it.
