Dear Riya, do you mean it says 'Unable to Proceed'? 25h is the last day to know your Basic Registration final status. Can you help us understand if the applucation status was accepted and then you tried filling in other details and it said 'Cannot Proceed' or when you logged in to check your registration status it said 'Cannot Proceed'? Ideally, this pop up comes when you are trying to fill in the application form. The registration status can be either 'Accepted' or 'Rejected' and not 'Cannot Proceed'.
