Hey , first of all congrats for the score . secondly IIT doesn't intake their admissions from 10th, but if you are asking for further education in IIT then it's more than sufficient score to get in IIT.

You aim is IIT and from here you have you ways to reach your destination to IIT.

A. By participation in JEE examination   parallel with 11th and 12th

B. by doing polytechnic diploma and then apply for JEE exams
