Registration procedure for CENTAC is supposed to start in the third week of May. But, it can get delayed due to many reasons. Just stay tuned to their websites or websites like careers360.com to know the exact dates. Check this article for more details.

The Registration date for Centac isn't decided yet. But most probably the registeration window might open up soon as usually Registration begins from third week of may.
