There is no release of results of IAT and hence there is no official cutoff. Only a list of roll numbers of the candidates that will be offered a seat is published in about 5 rounds of allotment.

There are about five rounds of counselling that occurs to fill the seats according to the marks secured and the list of preferences of desired IISERs. Sometimes post counseling rounds also occur. So it is advisable to wait till the last rounds of allotment to check if you are offered a seat in the IISERs. The allotment list contains the roll no.of the candidates that are selected to get into the IISERs and the call letter is provided through email. You are required to pay the SAF(seat acceptance fees) within a stipulated time to accept the offer. Failure to do so will lead to cancellation of your seat. Any incompletion in the application form is not considered for counseling.
