Hey Rahul! DTE Telangana is yet to announce the TS ICET 2019 second counselling dates and will wait till the candidates finally report to the allotted college. Instead of instantly going for TS ICET 2nd counselling 2019, the DTE Telangana will first use the waiting list prepared in the first phase of TS ICET 2019 counselling. In case there is shortfall in the number of candidates, it is possible that the TS ICET 2nd counselling dates are announced.
