Hello aspirant!  Let me to inform you that till now there has been no official notice regarding the second round of counseling for ts eamcet.  First round of counseling for ts eamcet has started from 10th of July . After the first round seat allotment only you will be notified about second round of counseling and it's choice filling. Therefore stay tuned on its official website.
