NEET UG 2022 correction window will be opened after May 6th, 2022 when the application process gets over, exact date is not yet released for correction window.

No your form will not be rejected even if you have entered wrong details of class 11th because class 11th details are optional not compulsory.

When it will get opened then you can follow the given procedure to make correction in your NEET UG 2022 application :-
