SCERT, HP has not yet released NTSE results. Quite a few state have declared their results in the past few days, so it might get declared soon.The result will be in PDF format mentioning the personal details of the candidate as well as SAT, MAT scores,in addition to total marks.

The results were tentatively announced to be out by First week of February, 2020.There isn't any official announcement yet.So you need to wait until it is announced officially.Keep and eye on updates and other important information.
