Most probably jee advanced rank is declared in the first or second week of june.The marks that you have scored in jee mains doesn't affect jee advanced exam rankings.Jee mains rank is calculated using jee mains marks.
You have to prepare for both exams if you want to get admission in IIT or NIT or  IIIT.You should first clear your concepts from ncert books and try to solve hc verma,op tondon,Rd sharma books for more practice.You should also solve mock tests and previous years questions for practice and to enhance your knowledge and approach towards attempting the questions.
