Are you sure about this? If such things happened and if you have proof that the first time which rank it was showing then you can contact the NTA helpdesk and provide everything with proofs. If these is a genuine discrepancy or fault by NTA then you will get benefit about the actual result.

If you have proofs then only you can progress or else you can't say it since you are correct or not is a questionable fact.
