Hello aspirant
Central government had issued unlocked 5.0 notifications. They have given free hands to state for school opening decisions . state can open school and college after 15th October in a graded manner for which sop will be released by education ministry.
Many states are willing to open school and colleges. Delhi government had extended online classes till 31st October. One may expect opening of school and college in last week of October or in November month. Physical attendance is not mandatory as guidline issued by central government. Online teaching shall be the first choice.

Hope this will help

Hey dear, due to the covid 19 situation schools and colleges have been shut since march 2020. Govt. is now planning to open up schools and colleges from 15th october in a systematic manner but the participation of students is voluntary. Colleges will only be open for research scholars for experimental work. Although, proper functioning of colleges may start from novemeber 1st.
