If you get a seat after internal sliding you have to take admission to the institution you got into in second round if not your seat acceptance fee  will not be reimbursed.

P.S internal slide only possible if you are left out with vacant seats.

If you choose slide option in the special round 1 of CSAB then although you will still have the option of either choosing to join the alloted institute or not but in that case you wont be able to get a refund of your participation fee and seat acceptance fee if you choose not to join the college.
